Submit application

After carful reading to the job ad, the candidate submits his application to start the screening process

Initial interview

After the screening phase .. the HR specialist start a quick conversation with the qualified candidates through 5-10 minutes phone call.

HR interview

After the first filtration phase in the initial interview, the HR contacts the shortlisted candidates to invite them for face to face HR interview.

Technical acceptance

When you pass the second filtration phase, we move forward to the technical assessment either throw an interview or job related task.
